Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Tech Specialist to join our team. As a Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and implementing technology solutions. Your expertise and problem-solving abilities will contribute to the successful implementation and utilization of technology within our clients’ organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a similar technical support role or as a tech specialist
  • Proficient knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
