Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our nursing home renovation project. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the renovation project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership, communication, and project management skills will be instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Familiarity with construction and renovation processes and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools
- PMP certification or other relevant certifications are a plus
